How to delete your account

You can delete your KidNights account and everything in it any time. You don't need to install anything.

In the app or on the web:

1. Sign in at my.kidnights.com or open the KidNights app.
2. Go to My account > Your data and tap Delete my account.
3. We show you what will be deleted. Continue, then type DELETE and your password to confirm.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@kidnights.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted: your sign-in, and your family's kids, schedules, photos, family links and codes, and any custody order you kept. We cancel your plan and remove your card first, so you're never charged again. If your spouse or partner is in your home, only your sign-in goes; the kids stay with them.

What we keep: payment records that tax law requires us to keep (Intuit Payments holds these too). Our encrypted nightly backups are kept 14 days, so everything else is gone from them within 14 days.

Just want to remove some information? You can delete a kept custody order any time on the Papers page, and turn off any family member's code on your family page, without deleting your account.
