Keeping your account safe
- Two-step sign-in: on Me > Security, scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.
- New device emails: we email you when your account signs in on a device it hasn't used before, and after repeated wrong passwords.
- Sign out everywhere: lost a phone? Use it on Me > Security, then change your password.
- Activity: Me > Activity shows sign-ins, family link opens, and orders opened or deleted.
- Privacy: orders are encrypted with their own key, birthdays and the rules read from your orders are encrypted too, and kids never get accounts. Kidnights is for adults 18 and older.
