Your spouse or partner
Your spouse or partner can sign in to your home with their own email and password. It's free.
Add them
- Open My account, then Spouse or partner.
- Type their email, check They live in my home, and tap Send invite. (The kids' other parent links their own home instead; see Link with the kids' other parent.)
They see everything you see: the kids, the calendar, holidays, papers and requests. The parent who made the account manages the plan and the card; your spouse sees the plan and the receipts.
Their kids too
If your spouse has kids from another home, they can add them, each with their own order, school and schedule. On My account > Kids you'll see Your kids and your spouse's kids. Their kids need the Family plan, $2 more a month ($20 a year), and the parent who pays gets an email when it turns on. See Plans and pricing.
If one of you deletes their account
- Your spouse deletes theirs: only their sign-in goes. Everything else stays.
- The parent who pays deletes theirs: your spouse takes over the home. The kids, schedules, photos and papers all stay, and your spouse now manages the plan. The plan stays on through what was already paid; after that, your spouse adds their own card to keep going. They get an email about it.
- The last adult in a home deletes theirs: the home and everything in it is deleted, and the plan is canceled first, so nobody is charged again.
